The NUS Graduate School for Integrative Sciences and Engineering (NGS) is home to cutting-edge, cross-disciplinary PhD research and graduate education in NUS.
Our 4-year PhD programmes offer generous, full Scholarships (at S$3,200 a month with no bond) to talented graduates who possess strong research potential, and a Bachelors or Masters degree from any branches of science, engineering, computing, medicine, and interactive & digital media.
Our multi-disciplinary environment affords exceptionally gifted researchers tremendous flexibility. Our students have access to a world-class infrastructure, and receive supervision from distinguished academics. Coursework is tailored to individual needs and interests, and allows students to acquire multidisciplinary skills and knowledge. Students may also choose to switch into an entirely new doctoral field from their undergraduate disciplines. NGS embraces students who envision true innovation without boundaries.

- Graduates with excellent research potential, and at least a very good Upper 2nd Honours, or equivalent qualifications, and
- from all branches of life, physical, computer and engineering sciences, medicine, and interactive & digital media, and
- possess a keen interest in integrative research
