Customer & Product Support Trainee (part-time)

Description of the job offer

- Provide administrative support to Customer & Product Support Organization leadership & management team – including business expenses, purchase requisitions processing, etc.
- Develop presentations, reports, charts, agendas, correspondence for both internal and external recipients using MS Office toolkit
- Assist with Fleet Data Management data entry, including internal audits
- Organize Type Certification Trainings and pro-actively offer them to external customers
- Manage and organize travel & living support to Customer & Product Support team and foreign visitors – including invitation letters, entry visas, airfares, .
- Provides admin support of ClientZone (troubleshooting, introduction/navigation, login credentials & password creation/reset)

We require

- University student of 3rd or 4th year
- Some experience in administration is an advantage
- PC knowledge (Microsoft Office)
- English fluency
- Very good communication and presentation skills
- Focus and attention to detail
