DataSentics je AI/ML studio s duší startupu a zázemím mezinárodní technologické skupiny Bull. Už více než 9 let pomáháme firmám napříč odvětvími využívat data a umělou inteligenci. Náš tým tvoří přes 200 data scientistů, data engineerů a AI expertů. Vyvíjíme komplexní AI řešení a specializované akcelerátory pro různá odvětví, přičemž pracujeme na nejmodernějších tématech, jako jsou generative AI a MLOps.

Vyvíjíme AI řešení pro finanční služby, výrobu, retail i zdravotnictví. Máme za sebou už stovky AI projektů. Pomáhali jsme například vyvíjet GenAI tool na generování marketingových vizuálů pro L'Oréal. Stavíme zároveň vlastní produkty využívající AI, jako je TechBuddy - AI asistent pro servisní techniky komplexních produktů. Naše řešení využívají globální značky jako Allianz, Erste Group, Dr.Max, Heureka Group, Bayer nebo Sanofi.

What You’ll Do

As a Machine Learning Engineer at DataSentics, your focus will be on turning prototypes into scalable, reliable ML solutions. You’ll work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to design and build machine learning pipelines that deliver real business value — not just in notebooks, but in production.

  • Engineer robust solutions: Develop and optimize end-to-end ML workflows using Python and PySpark, from data ingestion and transformation to model development.
  • Test and validate: Run experiments and POCs to evaluate model performance and potential.
  • Deploy and scale: Bring models into production with tools like Git, CI/CD, and model registries. You’ll work in cloud environment to automate deployment, monitor performance, and ensure maintainability.

Our Projects & Technology Stack

  • Remote-first culture: Work where you're the most productive, at home, in the office, or a mix of both. Most of our work happens remotely, with optional offices in Prague (near Muzeum metro) and Brno (ImpactHub).
  • Flexible working: Part-time roles available starting at 30 hours/week.

Co hledáme

  • Strong Python skills and hands-on experience with data processing and modeling.
  • Familiarity with machine learning workflows and real-world datasets.
  • Awareness of engineering best practices (such as version control, testing, and clean code).
  • Experience in cloud-based environments is a plus.
  • You must be legally authorized to travel and work across the EU as required for client engagements.
