Popis pozice

A new ice cream line is going to be installed in our factory. You have a unique opportunity to be part of project team as Engineer Technical Services. Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Technological leadership for ice cream line commissioning and start up
  • Coordination of all key activities of Product/Q&FS workstream supporting ice cream line installation project (compliance with product and process specification, establishing standard running conditions, SPC plan, commissioning plan, compliance to quality and food safety standards, HACCP etc.)
  • Representing Product/Q&FS workstream in wider project team
  • Partner with other relevant teams (Product Development, Engineering, Operations, Q&FS) to ensure high level of communication and efficient information flow
  • Lead delivery of Product/Q&FS related task even after line start up during learning curve period and later during standard production

Co hledáme

  • Master of Bachelor Degree in Food Technology or other relevant discipline (dairy technology preffered)
  • At least 3 years experience in Food industry
  • Experience in food (dairy) technology
  • Track record in leading technologically oriented projects (continuous improvement, technology qualification)
  • Good verbal and written English (B2 level and higher)
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to motivate others
