What is my mission?

• to develop process automations with the RPA solution or with a combination of technologies
• work closely with business analysts and other developers to bring the process improvements and efficiencies to the respective business units
• to be interested in new technologies as the RPA and AI world evolve very fast so my team needs to stay up to date

• Curious and eager to learn proactively.
• Independent – no one is telling me what to do every morning, I have to prioritize and manage tasks by myself.
• Team player - Able to cooperate and share knowledge within the team.
• Strong interpersonal skills, able to communicate with people on different positions.
• Basic understanding of business context and functional processes.
• Min 1-2 years of experience with RPA development.
• Blue Prism Developer certification.
• Fluent in English in both writing and speaking.
• I possess work permit for the Czech Republic.
