Welcome to Train IT!

Have you ever traveled on a high-speed train like the German ICE or the Prague metro, wondering how sometimes your smartphone has internet connection and sometimes not? How the screens in the train show next stops? 

Modern trains are full of information technology – IP based networks, digital cameras, wireless access points, video streaming, public announcement systems, systems for counting passengers and many others. 

We are Siemens Mobility Train IT team, and we are developing a new IT platform for modern trains. Join us and help us create rail vehicles of tomorrow! 


Your new role – challenging and future-oriented

  • You support our international License Management team in the preparation and creation of clearing software documentation.
  • You will collect, summarize, and analyze data from our own software development as well as from suppliers.
  • You will support us in the management/maintenance of internal data as well as in data filing.
  • Depending on our needs, you will support us with administrative tasks


Co hledáme

Your qualifications – solid and appropriate

  • You have graduated economics, engineering, or a comparable course of study.
  • You have good economic and/or technical understanding as well as knowledge of software.
  • Ideally, you already have some knowledge of open-source licenses.
  • You have already gained intercultural experience.
  • You are confident in using MS Office.
  • You communicate confidently in German, English and Czech.
